We will be start training this year on the 17 Feb 2011.

We have started to get a few adults training and would like to encourage more parents to train with the kids. it is great to see parents and children interacting together where age is not a barrier and skills are passed on from one student to another freely.
14. October 2009 - September 2009 grading results

10.November 2007 - End of the 2007 training year but still a few things to do
1. Pee wee grading will be held on the 13.12.2008 at the Macarthur hall at 4.30pm.
2. Xmas party will be held at my place on the 20.12.2007 @ 4.30pm to 6pm and is free of charge. Phone 0403919326 if you need directions. Bring your swimmers, sunscreen, hat and a towel.
3. Newcastle trip is on in Feb from 22nd to 24th and all are welcome and encouraged to come!
