strong unified movement. We encourage all members of IOGKF

These track suits are of high quality! The material is a light weight
sports fabric, basically designed to be extremely comfortable and suitable
for all environments and temperature conditions (including Okinawa's) and
durable enough to be able to train in.
The design features the official IOGKF logo and the words "IOGKF
AUSTRALIA" underneath in red, on the left chest of the jacket. With a
large range of sizes available this is a wise investment for IOGKF
Australian members.

The shirts are made of a light weight material and are very
durable. They are collared with a blue and grey trim and
piping. They could very easily also be used for neat
casual occasions too.
The price for one shirt is $40.00 Australian (plus postage) and
the sizes vary from Small to XXXL. The front left chest features the
IOGKF logo and 'IOGKF AUSTRALIA' screen printed, while the back
features the Kanji for "Okinawan Goju-ryu".
Again being of a reasonable light weight material they are suitable for
the climate in tropical locations such as Okinawa.

"Higaonna Sensei's "The History of Karate"
This volume results from more than three decades of intensive research in
Okinawa, Japan, and China. The Magnum opus of prominent Karate Master,
Sensei Morio Higaonna, it is the only definitive and historically accurate
account of Goju-ryu Karate.
The content of this historical masterpiece covers everything from the early
history of the Ryukyu Islands to the life and time of Master's Kanryo
Higaonna, Chojun Miyagi, Anichi Miyagi and Shuichi Aragaki as well as the
begining of Higaonna Sensei training history.

NEW DVD's
Sensei Bakkies Laubscher is proud to release the remainder of his DVD
series, "Bakkies Laubscher's teaching guide to Classical Okinawan Goju Ryu"
The DVD's were originally produced as teaching aids and guidelines as
part of the IOGKF South Africa Curriculum, but other IOGKF members found
volumes 1 & 2 very useful.
